Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These terms cover your use of QuotaCal, our website, and anything we send you as part of the service. By creating an account or using QuotaCal, you agree to them. If you sign up for a company, you are agreeing on that company’s behalf.

We may update these terms as the product changes. If a change matters to you, we will tell you before it takes effect. Carrying on using QuotaCal after that means you accept the new terms.

What QuotaCal does

QuotaCal is a booking page that sits in front of your calendar. People answer a short set of questions before they can book a call with you. QuotaCal scores those answers against rules you set, shows you the score and the reasons, and sorts each lead into a clear fit, an unclear one, or a poor one.

For unclear leads, QuotaCal writes a short follow-up question for you. You read it, edit it if you want, and send it. Their reply helps you confirm or cancel the meeting. Confirmed bookings can also get a short set of warm-up messages before the call.

QuotaCal helps you decide. It does not decide for you. You are responsible for who you meet, what you sell them, and every message that goes out under your name.

Your account

You need an account to use QuotaCal. Give us accurate details and keep them current. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us quickly if you think someone else has got into your account.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including anything done by people you invite into it. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Acceptable use

Use QuotaCal lawfully and honestly. Do not use it to send spam, to mislead people about who you are or what you sell, or to reach people who never asked to hear from you.

Do not try to break, overload, copy, or reverse engineer the service, and do not use it through anything other than the interfaces we provide. Do not use QuotaCal to make decisions about someone’s credit, employment, housing, or insurance. It is not built for that and is not a consumer reporting service.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules or that puts other people, our partners, or the service at risk.

Messages we send for you

QuotaCal sends email and WhatsApp messages to your leads on your behalf, from your name and your business. Follow-up questions and warm-up messages only go out for people who submitted your booking form.

You are the sender in the eyes of the law. You confirm that you have the right to contact these people, that your booking form makes clear they may hear from you, and that you follow the messaging and privacy rules that apply where you and they are based. Every message includes a way to opt out, and we will honour opt-outs.

You are responsible for the wording that goes out. In most cases you approve each message before it is sent. Where you turn on automatic sending, you accept the messages that result.

Your data and your leads’ data

You own the data you and your leads put into QuotaCal. You give us the permission we need to run the service: storing answers, scoring them against your rules, drafting messages, sending those messages, and showing you the results.

To help you check what a lead told you, QuotaCal may look at public information about their business, such as a website or a public listing, and check that a submitted email address is real. This is a fit check for your sales call, nothing more. We do not run criminal, credit, or background checks on individuals.

When you connect Google Calendar, you allow QuotaCal to read your availability and to create, move, and cancel the events it manages. We use that access only to run your bookings. You can disconnect it at any time from your Google account or from QuotaCal.

We use trusted providers to host the service and to deliver messages. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how long we keep it, and how to ask for a copy or a deletion.

Trial, billing, and cancelling

New accounts get a 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel before it ends, your paid plan starts and your card is charged.

Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown before you buy. If we change a price, we will tell you first, and the new price applies from your next renewal.

You can cancel any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Payments already made are not refunded unless the law where you live says otherwise.

Plans described as unlimited are subject to fair use. That means normal use by one business. If your usage is far outside that, or looks automated or resold, we will contact you and agree a sensible plan before limiting anything.

Service availability

We work hard to keep QuotaCal running, but we cannot promise it will never be down. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may run maintenance that interrupts the service. Where we can plan it, we will give you notice.

Some parts of QuotaCal rely on other companies, such as your calendar provider or our messaging providers. If they go down or change their rules, parts of QuotaCal may stop working until we adapt.

Liability

QuotaCal is provided as it is. We do not promise any particular result, such as a set number of bookings, a set show-up rate, or better advertising performance. Scores and drafted messages are suggestions, and the final call is always yours.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or any indirect or knock-on loss. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using QuotaCal and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, do not pay, or use the service in a way that harms others.

When an account closes, we stop the booking page and any scheduled messages. You can export your data before you go, and we delete or anonymise what is left after a short retention period.

Changes and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the place where QuotaCal is registered, and disputes go to the courts there.
